TUDC membership for 2008 is $40, and covers divers from 1st of March 2008, through to the end of February 2009. Membership is not only for Students; Alumni and Non-Students are more than welcome to join, and actually make up over half of our current member base. Night diving, weekend club dives, research and conservation programs, and the newly added Combined Club event held annually at Bicheno are just a few of the benefits you score as a TUDC member. Members also have access to cheap gear rental. Check out all of gear rental information here.
The club Dive Shed is open every Thursday night between 6:00PM and 6:30PM (click the map above for detailed directions), where you can sign up to become a member. If you cannot make it to the Dive Shed to sign up, you can contact us by sending us a message to make alternate arrangements.
Do you have friends who are keen to dive? Do you know a group of people who want to get their scuba licence? Rally your mates together and get them as excited about diving as you are, get them along to one of our meetings or up to the Dive Shed each Thursday night between 6:00PM and 6:30PM and get them all involved in the Uni Dive Club!
The Tasmanian University Dive Club currently has 61 members and we are headed towards being the largest and most active dive club in Tasmania! An increase in members means an increase in dives, social events, and new gear to allow TUDC divers to discover and explore more of the underwater world, but to get there we need your help.
