Time for a night dive again!
The boat ramp at Kingston Beach has been delivering the goods since the break wall was extended with fresh rock last year. Heaps of animals have claimed their stakes including octopus, stargazers, rock cod, schooling fish, seahorses, squid and hermit crabs to name a few. Other inhabitants like sponge and macroalgae are starting to grow as well. So exciting!
The dive is a shallow one (2m most of the way) so make sure you bring enough weight (doesn’t hurt to have an extra one for this). Having two torches is recommended – a primary, and secondary for backup. Headlamps for getting changed/geared up also a bonus. Make sure you are warm enough in the water (11degree average sea temp at the moment) and have warm clothes to change into.
All gear is able to be hired (byo fins, wetsuit, mask), $10 if you need a tank (covers fill & hire), other gear hire complimentary.
The boat ramp is located at the ‘Kingston Beach Sailing Club’, south of where the pin is dropped. We will meet at the shed at 5.15 for those needing to collect gear, otherwise meet at the ramp 6pm.

Refunds
Refunds are at the Dive Coordinator's discretion however the following guidelines apply to normal events:
Cancellation where a replacement diver is found: 100% refund
No show or cancellation with less than 48 Hours notice: 0% refund
Cancellation with greater than 48 Hours but less than a week's notice: 50% refund
Cancellation with greater than a week's notice: 100% refund
