We’re packing the swags and heading to the Partridge Island for 2 nights (3 days) of camping and diving in around South Bruny.
This will be a relaxing weekend with a number of dives run around the area.
We’ll be running two boats – running gear and divers from Verona Sands.
Gathering at the Southern dive shed on Saturday morning and leave Partridge Island on Monday.
We will organise all things diving (including compressors), water and some gas cookers but BYO food/drinks/camping gear. You will need to make sure you are adequately prepared for camping. Space is limited on the boats – so pack smart. For those of you wanting to grab a cray or abalone, make sure you are prepared with your own licences.
We will need to organise National Parks Passes
You will need to bring:
- your dive certifications;
- your own swag/tent (or share with a friend);
- sleeping bag;
- drinking water;
- toothbrush;
- warm clothes;
- water;
- food; and
- your camera to capture this amazing weekend!
Also please ensure you organise what dive gear you need from the club, and make sure you bring your own wetsuit, hood, mask, gloves and fins.
We may send an advanced party down the day before to setup camp – we’ll organise details closer to the event.

Refunds
Refunds are at the Dive Coordinator's discretion however the following guidelines apply to normal events:
Cancellation where a replacement diver is found: 100% refund
No show or cancellation with less than 48 Hours notice: 0% refund
Cancellation with greater than 48 Hours but less than a week's notice: 50% refund
Cancellation with greater than a week's notice: 100% refund
