Dive Charter to Ile Des Phoques with Real Deep Adventure Charters

Ile des Phoques is an exposed rock between Maria and Schouten Islands, an hour cruise from Triabunna. Considered one of Tasmania’s most exciting dives, Isle de Phoque is home to a large seal colony and is riddled with caves. The caves are covered with zoanthids and are usually occupied by schools of fish. It is not uncommon to be diving with over 50 seals!

The charter will allow us to cruise their in comfort, protected from the elements, on a 40 Foot Custom Built Alloy vessel  powered by twin Yanmar 8LV370 V8 Diesel Engines. This vessel has a top speed of 32 knots and cruise speed of 25-27 knots.

This dive is very weather dependent – if the weather isn’t favorable we will postpone to a suitable day.

Dive cost is for charter and TUDC Safety Gear – Divers are required to bring their own gear, or hire from the club for the day. Because this is an external charter it is strictly non refundable unless a replacement diver is found.

Refunds
Refunds are at the Dive Coordinator's discretion however the following guidelines apply to normal events:

Cancellation where a replacement diver is found: 100% refund

No show or cancellation with less than 48 Hours notice: 0% refund
Cancellation with greater than 48 Hours but less than a week's notice: 50% refund
Cancellation with greater than a week's notice: 100% refund
