We love diving the Tamar…now let’s do our bit to keep it looking pretty! The last clean-up dive at George Town jetty was a bit of a treasure hunt yielding bicycles, shopping trolleys, chairs (lots of them!!) and fishing rods. A couple of lucky divers even scored a barnacle-free pocket knife and a couple of squid jigs for their efforts. These dives are also a great way to get the general public interested in looking after the marine environment. This dive is completely free, but remember to pick up any gear you need from the TUDC North dive shed the Thursday afternoon before the dive.
