A great Shore dive, single dive – right in the heart of Hobart! Vis here has been very good lately from anecdotal evidence ~5-8m
Kitting up at the bottom end of Topham St, Mondagu Bay its only a couple of steps to enter from the shore directly under the Tasman Bridge.
You’ll descend to 18m between the 2nd and 3rd pilon supporting the Tasman Bridge (base of silt and fallen bridge section 24m advanced only) – swimming around the fantastic structures formed by the fallen section of the Tasman bridge, you’ll finding schools of fish, huge red perch wonderful anemones and the odd fishing lure / interesting artifacts.
Due to the depth and potential low visibility this is an advanced dive.
Divers MUST have a torch, a spare highly recommended and buddy procedures will be strictly adhered to.
We’re showing a few divers from the french polaire vessel L’Astrolabe – after the dive we’ll go back check out there vessel & have a beer.
We’ll be diving in two teams so if you might be late that’s fine.

Refunds
Refunds are at the Dive Coordinator's discretion however the following guidelines apply to normal events:
Cancellation where a replacement diver is found: 100% refund
No show or cancellation with less than 48 Hours notice: 0% refund
Cancellation with greater than 48 Hours but less than a week's notice: 50% refund
Cancellation with greater than a week's notice: 100% refund
