A great Shore dive, single dive – right in the heart of Hobart! Vis here has been very good lately from anecdotal evidence ~5-8m
Metting at the bottom of Topham St. in Montagu Bay, then walking over the rocks to enter the shore directly under the Tasman Bridge.
Together we’ll descend to 18m between the 2nd and 3rd pilon supporting the Tasman Bridge (base of silt and fallen bridge section 24m advanced only) – swimming around the fantastic structures formed by the fallen section of the Tasman bridge.
Due to the depth and potential low visibility this is an advanced dive.
Divers MUST have a torch, a spare highly recommended and buddy procedures will be strictly adhered to.
Note: Anyone unwell must not attending club events.
Club dive gear to be washed with approve solution at the end of dive.
Hand sanitiser will be available at the dive.
Please maintain social distancing of 1.5m wherever possible during the event.
Bookings are closed for this event.
