One of Tasmania’s iconic dive sites Cathedral Arch and Waterfall Bay is an amazing dive. Beneath the amazing Tasman Peninsula cliffs this huge sea cave system (the largest in Australia) extends back into the sandstone.
With a maximum depth of 21m and large openings this is dive for bubblers of all experience levels.
Amazing fish life call these caverns home as well as many invertebrates that are normally found in much deeper water and weedy seadragons are common in the area
After changing tanks we’ll head to one of the other sites in Waterfall Bay – some excellent walls to 18m, swim-throughs and bommies.
We’ll be doing two dives – dive cost is $50 if you bring your own tanks or $60 to use club tanks. Use of club Regs, BCD and weights are included in the cost of the dive if needed, you will need your own wetsuit, fins and mask.
