The Georgetown monument, ‘Patterson Monument’, is at the top end of Georgetown, and opposite the river to Garden Island in the north.
A deep river channel leading out to Bass Strait, the area is prone to fast flowing currents and is the thoroughfare for many large ships. We will dive on ‘slack tide’ which is at the peak of high tide to mitigate this risk and however this dive will be suitable for all skill levels.
Despite that it hosts beautiful sponge gardens, reefs and blue water.
Ticket prices:
If you need gear, please purchase the $10 ticket. If you provide your own tank, gear (and tank fill) the dive is free.
PlEASE AlSO BRING $10 to chip in for petrol for designated driver for carpooling.

Refunds
Refunds are at the Dive Coordinator's discretion however the following guidelines apply to normal events:
Cancellation where a replacement diver is found: 100% refund
No show or cancellation with less than 48 Hours notice: 0% refund
Cancellation with greater than 48 Hours but less than a week's notice: 50% refund
Cancellation with greater than a week's notice: 100% refund
