Tasmanian Mermaids are hosting this years PADI Womens Dive Day and using it to help get those pesky Northern Pacific Sea Stars out of the River Derwent. So lets go celebrate women in diving while also helping the environment.
Everyone is welcome! Whether you snorkel, SCUBA dive, free dive, or would prefer to stay dry, come along and have a chat and help out on Saturday the 17th of July at 9am at Marieville Esplanade, Sandy Bay.
TUDC will be supporting this event by allowing TUDC members free gear hire for this event, you just need to register through this page.
There will also be presentations, panels and prizes at Boodle Beasley in North Hobart from 3pm-6pm on Sunday the 18th of July. Tickets are $5.65 and funds will be used for the Handfish Conservation Project.

Refunds
Refunds are at the Dive Coordinator's discretion however the following guidelines apply to normal events:
Cancellation where a replacement diver is found: 100% refund
No show or cancellation with less than 48 Hours notice: 0% refund
Cancellation with greater than 48 Hours but less than a week's notice: 50% refund
Cancellation with greater than a week's notice: 100% refund
