A shore dive site we’ve only recently discovered – right in the heart of Hobart!
Kitting up at the end of Topham St, Mondagu Bay its only a couple of steps to enter from the shore directly under the Tasman Bridge.
You’ll quickly descend to 30m – swimming around the fantastic structures formed by the fallen section of the Tasman bridge, you’ll finding schools of fish, huge red fish, wonderful anemones and the odd fishing lure.
Diving will be during slack tide (low tide).
Due to the depth and potential low visibility this is an advanced dive. Registrations close on Wednesday before the dive so permission from ports can be coordinated.
